It's called Nair Hair Remover Precision Face and Upper Lip Kit. xD
I didn't want to shave because I didn't want it growing back darker. It really wasn't too noticable, but my mom would keep pointing it out, so I decided to go get a hair removal cream. xD
I'd say use it before you go to bed so if your skin gets slightly irritated it'll calm down while you sleep? Well, hopefully, anyway.
