Yeah you do whatever helps! I do the same with my wrist still. Holding my left wrist with my right hand circling the wrist and rotating my left makes it feel so good! If you understand what I'm saying. lol

Yeah I know what you mean. I heard a sever sprain in my left foot and was to be off it and on crutches, but I couldn't stand using crutches at my small school. I had a doctors note and my PE teacher still made me do things on that foot. He was a hard ass...hated him!

it was amazing... but so exhausting! lol
we had a 7 AM wake up call every morning! that was the only thing that really sucked. oh we went to a museum on the last day and after about an hour everyone just kind of huddled together and sat on the floor lol. that was funny. we were supposed to be there for 2 hours too. pretty funny seeing a whole bunch of random kids just chilling on the floor lol

ew... but at least its off now. i bet its not as bulking either... i couldn't imagine having a huge ass cast on my leg for 6 to 8 weeks... it had to suck ass lol

I've broken both a my wrist! It sucked...not at the same time, but that's all I've ever broken. Thankfully! Sprains though.
