@ SyntheticHatred
it was so good, thank you :) we had the party on saturday and then went out to clubs on the wednesday - the guy i'm seeing was the joker (seriously, it was soo creepy, he was too good!) and i was sort of batgirl in my shiny disco pants and batman top lol! i wore a mask and red lipstick so it was a bit of a half-arsed effort but honestly i was so drunk it's probably a good thing i didn't wear a lot of makeup!
is the storm youre talking about hurricane sandy? is it going to be bad, where you are? hope you're all safe..
That is great!!!! I have been wanting to spend Halloween at a club for a while, especially since I've never been to one any other time. But shame on you, you should have gone as Harley Quinn especially if he was joker! =p
Ya its sandy. I can't believe what happened to new York, it seems like nowhere is safe from hurricanes anymore they never go north but it did. Normally I'd say I'm in a good spot. I am in North Carolina so I have the mountains to the west which are the appalachians and the sea to the east a ways. So I am in the piedmont region which is known for its rolling hills. And the mountains to the west protect my area from the tornado's in the plains and there is enough distance from the east that all that land takes the edge off the storms that come through that way. So luckily its mainly just been a lot of wind and its been super cold with a little rain. I think my dogs food bowls that go with his feeder set blew away or someone took them or something. But luckily i bought his shavings early this year so he gets in his dog house and cuddles up and my neighbors shed is right behind him giving him more protection. I need to start making plans to make him a new one this spring. But hopefully it won't get worse. A lot of people are calling it franken storm because its causing floods and snow and ice and right at Halloween and out of season. This Never! Happens this time of year or up north. Its pretty scary. Im glad were so close to the mountains. Not to mention lucky.
