No, it's not easy and I won't sugar-coat it. Maybe you should talk to everyone and ask if they could just give you a few minutes for yourself, to gather everything and breathe (even if it doesn't work for you) and then, when or if you feel like you can talk, talk. I don't have depression, but I know people who do suffer from depression and one of them even gave up. But that's because she felt like no one was there for her, and she had many people there who were willing to help. I do have my little periods where I feel like I want to give up, but I find something that helps and usually that's getting lost in a different world. So I curl up and read a book, listen to music or even write. Sometimes it feels good to just take a little nap. It seems that people in your house are understanding, but sometimes understanding can be too much.
