No, Zach has no clue that Alisha knows that Ava is his. Like I said Alisha thinks as it as a form of blackmail in her mind. Not saying she is blackmailing him. But she knows that little girl is his and as long as she knows that she thinks she can get away with anything!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhh I think Alisha can get away with it as a form of blackmail. Considering she knows that Maddi had been pregnant with Zachs baby years ago.
I know don't you feel so bad for little Michael, he's just so scared and precious!!!
