Hey, getting back to you on your comment a few months back (sorry, havent been on in quite some time) No, Im not pagan anymore. At that point in my life I was trying on several religions for myself, going from christian to pagan to Islam to everything in between. Now Ive figured out that whispering to an imaginary friend isnt gonna help my problems, to put it quite bluntly.

yeah, most of the time The High Ground has shit bands. XD
I was just glad they had Foxy Shazam play there.
I met 30STM are The Howlin Wolf a few years ago. Awesome.

I go to shows whenever a band I like is playing. XD
Last show I went to was in March at the High Ground. Foxy Shazam was playing. That band is amazing. One of the best shows I've ever seen. It's in my top 2.

I usually see shows at the New Orleans Arena, the HOB, Da Parish or The High Ground if I'm seeing them in Louisiana. I go out of state quite a bit for concerts. I'm going to Georgia next month for Green Day (4th time XD)

Funhouse is this shop that's a bit like Spencers but has a lot more original stuff. I've gotten a ton of great band tins and stuff from there. It's always fun to look around.
Gnome is a bit more modern. It's like a modern retro type store? Lots of Ray Bans and artsy shirts and cool books and they sell the limited edition Andy Warhol watches. They've got really nice stuff in there for really cheap prices and the guy that works there is nice.

But yeah, Decatur is amazing. One of my favorite places in the world XD

Dude, that's what I hated about Slidell when I lived there! XD I've never been offered to smoke pot so much in my whole life. XDD
What part of the Quarter do you go to? I'm usually around Decatur. Gnome, Wicked Orleans, Road Kill, Funhouse... my favorite stores. And Skully's Records on Bourbon is basically the best record shop ever. I buy so much vinyl from them. XD

XD I don't really have a Chalmette accent. Unless I'm yelling or saying the word "ambulance" I sound pretty normal. lol.
I got to New Orleans quite a bit. Whenever we've got something to do. I go to the French Quarter a lot.
I'm in the heart of Chalmette, by the McDonalds? So I'm pretty far away from where the spill is but a lot os seafood places have closed down already. And there's been a ton of like.. job fairs and benefit things for people affected by the spill here.

You live in Slidell? XDD that's crazy. I live in Chalmette. I lived in Slidell for about a year after we moved back from Houston but now we're back in Chalmette.

Alright, I know this happened a while back but thanks still for commenting on my article.
basically i wrote the article in a rage and didn't include the whole story because that day the "jokes" had turned almost fatal with two boys having to be rushed to the hospital and I have no other way of venting.
I'm sorry i bothered you about the flag, i should've done more research but i was really mad and angry.
