Even if it isn't a real person, and it is indeed a spam account, "playing with a spammer" is a bit immature, isn't it? Why even reply to the comment, whether it's spam or not? If it's a spam account then you are really commenting a non-existing person, who is never going to read your comment. And the comments are still rude, whether or not the account is spam.
