well it's a cool anime too...its about the battle for the holy grail...and there are 7 masters and they have 7 servants,they will have to defeat the other servants in order to win the holy grail...the holy grail will grant you 1 wish..^^

i've never had a panic attack before but my brother has. he said it was one of the scariest things he's ever experienced.
except he only had one because he was sick and on medication that made him really depressed and because of the added stress from his final year at high school. he was pretty freaked out afterwards

but i can tell when i'm gonna faint. i get the same dizzy feeling everytime to the point where i can barely keep my eyes open. it's pretty bad
