Whoa, I'm so glad that I don't have to write a response to my book until I go back to school. People kept telling me not to read my book so early on, but I have an insanely good memory. (If I do say so myself. Ha, ha.)

Are you taking U.S. History this year? I know [i]tons[/i] about it, because my dad is a history geek. (Therefore, I'm one, too.) If you ever need help (particularly with the American Revolution and the American Civil War) I'm here. Actually, I'm also pretty good with the War of 1812. I'll shut up now.

You don't talk about yourself too much! If anything, [i]I'm[/i] the one who talks too much. So, how are you?

Yeah, I am pretty excited. The only thing that I'm not very excited about is my AP World History homework. I have to memorize all of the countries in the world, take notes on the first sixty five pages of my book, and write an essay. I'm planning on working really hard in high school, though. It's like a new start for me. Er... cease ramble.

Yes, I did get your e-mail. I'm so sorry I haven't responded to it yet! I haven't quite had the time, but I was going to head over to my inbox after I check out all of the story updates I missed. =]

Whoops, I disappeared again... Sorry. I haven't been up to much really, mostly just working (not very exciting). It's ridiculously hot here at the moment, for England at any rate (about 30C, which is about 86F I think), and I feel like I'm melting. Not fun.

What have you been up to? How did your finals go?

Exactly. I know what you mean. Like back then, I wrote sentences like "The dog ran." Now, I make the sentence more complex, like "The large dog, with shaggy, brown fur, trotted down the street."

BUT reading my old stuff, my simple sentences sound way better. Hehe, that was a lame example, but I think you get my point.

I thought it was pretty cute myself, even though I'm the one who wrote it ;) - I was much more creative when I was 10.

I think it's a shame that you've taken down most of your stories, but I understand your motivation for doing so. God knows I have enough trouble finishing stories myself! Good luck with them.

Haha no problem :) I just really really loved 1,000 words. I was helping out with the Infamy story list and basically I had to read like eight million stories and organize them by genre, and when I stumbled across yours, they just really stuck out to me.

Yeah, I know what you mean about the sleeping thing. I've been having trouble going to bed. I mean to go to bed at 10:00, but then I lay there and I'm all like...I'm not tired...and then I look at my clock and it's 1:30 and then I'm all like...I'm screwed.

Yeah, I've been kind of lazy with my writing, I have like two chapters already written (you know how my laptop wireless isn't working so I have to transfer the chapters to my USB then to my parents computer) anyways, I've just been way too lazy to get up and grab the USB. So I haven't updated in forever. hehe.
