    About three years ago I used to run the mile in twelve minutes as well! I didn't like it, so I started to work harder, and I guess it paid off.
    My friend can run the mile in four minutes. that's why he's going to state. Bleh. Lucky bastard. XD
    I guess coaches are right. I've never met one that's wrong...?

    How fast can you run the mile? Are you doing it just because you want to, or are you on a team?
    My coach has been telling me to join the track team, but I want to get better! AND I want to get better at high jumping. Bleh. But it's so much fun!!!!! XD

    I know!!! But I can't eat them...I've promised myself I wouldn't.
    But I live off of Blueberry muffins, and today I had a Starbucks frap! YUMMY! XD
