Celeste is tired of her normality of her life and needs an escape. She looks to L.A. for excitement and fun. After all, you're only 18 once, right? When she moves next door the famous pop/rock band, the Jonas Brothers, it's her instinct to avoid at all costs, especially to Joe. But how can she do this when she's forced into an ultamatum from her little sister. Get her a date with Nick Jonas or be given away to her parents. The only possible way for Celeste to do this would be to be-friend Joe, but can she stay away or be carried away?

i feel the same way, i can't just go out. they have to know exactly where i am, when i am there. i cant just go cruz around. they are so strict they dont understand, i mean it's not like we are gonna do anything bad.
