Hey, I just read your journal. All I have to say is don't give up, okay? I’ve been there too. It’s dark, and it's scary, but it's not permanent. So don't give up.

Is there anything you do to deal with it?
I mean...mine gets the best of me most of the time.
Last time dad saw my scars was the last time I let him!
Mentally, I'm still scarring.
Physically, I just have to deal w/ my depression and panic attacks...
The numbness is more a comfort to me, now...
