oh, i know. i'm not too much into the hardcore~~ rap sort of stuff, because quite a bit of it is just pointless sexist stuff but there is some okay bits. and i'm not terribly fond of mainstream country music, but i do like folk sort of music. so, there are exceptions to that for me, but yeah, just about anything. xD

um i don't even remember the last time i went to myspace but it's so ick and yeah. i prefer facebook as my stalker social networking website of choice. like i said, the only good thing is the music.

eh, me too. i sort of dabble in a lot of musical genres. i mean, one of the biggest reasons the hush sound is one of my favorite bands would have to be that the lyrics are just beautiful. sound is one thing but the words are another. i really do miss them. phantom planet was good too, sigh.

and yeah, i'm never on myspace at all. but i can always make an exception for the music.xD

yes, well. they're slightly different than the hush sound, of course. different sound and such. if you don't like them as well, you know, it's 'cause they've sort of got a different thing going on. it's cool. xD

if you go to their myspace you can hear some of their songs. personally, i love stealing the moonlight and don't send the searchlights. they're my favorites lyrically, really, but all of them are good. go listen to all of them, aha.

hey, i posted on your birthday thread a little while back, and i wanted to tell you how much i loved your signature but i thought it really wasn't the place and then i sort of forgot about it. then i saw you on the boards again, and yeah.

i lovelovelove your signature. the hush sound are one of my absolute favorite bands, ever. greta is a dream. <3 they're on break right now and stuff, but have you heard anything of her other band, gold motel? it's fabulous.

I can relate to that. Right now, I feel pretty at home here; I know a lot of the active people and have met one in real life, which is nice. and facebook has been like an extra link for keeping in touch; I never used to add mibbians but I'm really liking it now that I have. :] But that said, I've been on mibba for a long time, any every once in a while I take a long hiatus... so a few times I've come back and not really known anyone, and felt isolated. :/ i think I've just been lucky in terms of integrating back in, but it's definitely tough. I really hope you can find a way back in to the community.

I'm really sorry that's what being here feels like. :/ I only feel like that occaisionally, and even that sucks. :/ I don't see you around on the boards often, or I swear we'd end up chatting more... but that's probably not be your fault, because, yeah, if I always felt brushed off, I would stop posting too.

I don't know, though... I can definitely buy that you're being passed over, and that's awful, but I really can't believe that anybody actually [i]doesn't like[/i] you. :c

As for the writing, pleaseplease don't take it personally. maybe i'm just bitter, but it seems like mibba has entered the age of making pretty signatures and writing takes second place to confessions. I never get reviews on anything, and I've heard a lot of people say it's the same for them. my only advice is to post in Rate the Story often, it does generate some interest. but yes. it is sooo challenging to post when no one ever reviews. :c I don't think that's specific to you, though. you (and your writing) are as likeable as anybody as far as I'm concerned.

I wish I was more than just a little cog in the machine, now- you deserve to feel more at home here. :/

we don't speak often, but I think you're completely lovely (not to mention pretty) and I don't see why anybody wouldn't like you.
