I comprehend completely the so called reason for these tests. The truth is they should be done away with. They didn't have them fifty years ago, and people knew so much more then. They actually learned in school.
Finally I would really like to know where you get off calling me immature just because you don't agree with what I have to say.

First of all, do NOT cuss on MY profile. Show the same respect I'm trying to show you.
And I disagree, I don't think that comments are necessarily made to persuade anyone of anything.
You're right though, news is informative. I believe articles though are to express ones views of something. To persuade just happens to be a large way of expressing ones self.
And if you're sick of reading bad articles go somewhere else. Don't take it out on me or the writer. Just leave. It's very simple and much more polite and respectful.
And obviously, these articles are acceptable here because admins (i believe) read them over and approve them first. Not you.
I would appreciate it if you either didn't reply or replied in a more civil and respectful manner.

I wasn't trying to persuade anyone. I was merely expressing my opinion. I wasn't trying to convince anyone of this or that. So to say I suck at it is a bit silly don't you think?

People who write articles tend to merely write their opinions, which also highlights their lack of research and grammar. I really think they should post their botched opinions as blogs rather than as articles.

I like your grammar grading comments on some of the articles people post. It is actually quite amusing at times.

I should but thatwas the last of our persussaive esay days, but now that Ithink about it, he did have us right a mini one about 4 day school weeks, maybe I'll post that!

Hello. I thought it was quite rude of you to drop that comment about my article. I'm 14 years old, and i've only been studing english for about 3 years. It is not my first language. And i'm doing my best to use correct grammar/spelling etcetera.
