it just takes some practice and years of experience.you have to learn to live through the words.thank you.yes,not to be vain,but you could learn a lot from my poetry,i understand the emotional distress feelings can have an huge impact on people.i've been dealing with the mixed up emotions since i was fifth teen.i suffer from bi-polar,depression/anxiety,add,adhd,insomnia,paranoia,and border-line personality.all over the passed four years,but i take my medications to control the disorders and i live my life normally just like any other.i sound like a freak,but i'm just me,i like the way i am and the person i've grown to love.so you're completely heard on the feelings part,sometimes we just don't know why we feel them or if we even want to(:-MisunderstoodSoul!
