hey folks ^^ (anyone may read this)

i'm back... sort of... after years of working as a legal secretary in frankfurt, germany, and, even more important, after a stay in a mental hospital lasting for several months to cure my depression which had become worse - for once and for all.

now i'm fine... probably better than ever in my confused life ^^ i've moved to bad homburg, germany, in the meantime, a smaller town near frankfurt, about 1 year ago. and love it :-)

during this time of therapy i've met a lot of amazing people who are about as crazy as i am (including my appreciated therapist) ^^ now i'm sitting on my couch (cheaply imported from poland, thanks), with two super-lovely cats chasing each other round (and over) the couch - and decided to type this message to anyone who may be interested.

well, the cats aren't mine - a friend of mine gave them to me in order to concentrate on her own hospital stay and trusts me to take care of them. and i LOVE doing that! :-) they don't allow cats in hospitals, of course (but what a pity - would be even more fun... or more chaotic) ;-)

whatever by reading a "spam" email from mibba, i just noticed that i actually still have this mibba account and that i had once started to post some of my poems here, and wrote pieces of a short story... about 5 years ago (!) :-D ... which hasn't been concluded yet.

i'm not sure if i'm able to continue this story, for i feel completely different now, compared to the pitch-black, depressed mood i've been in for so many years, also when i was writing the pieces of the story. it was meant to be sort of funny, and sort of sad, too, with lots of depressed elements in it... it's sort of sad, one may think... but i'm happy that i've come this far (survived, even feeling so much better) and that i've always been right, believing that one day things may get better for me.

if anyone on here is intersted, i may post some more english poems - i've written more than 300 by now. :-)

anyway, i hope you're ok... and if not, talk to your friends, teachers, parents, a therapist,... in order to get better. someone can always help you, no matter how desperate things may be. things can improve... if you let them. depression, anxiety,... whatever... can never win then. you're not alone. so: DON'T GIVE UP! :-0
