Well, he stood me up on 25 and 26 of December and then he turned his phone off on the 27th of December saying he was fed up with me on the phone. We haven't spoken since then. Three days ago he turned his phone on again, I know because I received a notification on my mobile that he had gotten my message. He hasn't called me at all, he just doesn't care. Worst start of the year ever.

I am feeling horrible and my Christmas was horrible as well. I broke up with my boyfriend of eight years.

Happy New Years sweetheart.

No snow in Greece, its really rare where I live in central.

Maybe we should travel together haha :) then I can show you around Canada and you can show me Greece, and we can explore the rest of the world and learn more stuff

I can only imagine. I want to travel all around the world and one of the countries I want to go is Canada. My best friend is from Canada.

It's really cold in Greece, especially the last few days. Even my bed is cold. I'm thankful it's not complaining though.

I keep on learning that we are huge examples. I used to kick my sister out of my room now she kicks me out of hers. It's a cycle and I started it. So I'm a role model whether anyone wants to admit it or not. I really have to start acting better, but it's hard and so many put me down. But we can do it. We can change so much. :)

And you'll be just fine. Make dua. :)

hmm, yesh but again i said some ppl arent good teachers :P that may or may not be a cause... never know! but your mom sounds right lol she's the teacher ;) but yeah homes shouldeb educationally set and for manners too...

I don't want to discipline anyone, I can't even discipline myself yet, so that wouldn't be fair. I should avoid that... for now anyways.

Lol, don't you find it funny that you said some kids can't learn best at home? Isn't that where they develop the most though? My mom says that Maria Montesory says; that by the age of 5 a child's personality is perfected.

and yeah these parents really seem to know what they're doing by home schooling their kids!! intelligence to the max!

but you have to remember that not all kids learn best at home, or not all people are good teachers :P bas in'shaa'Allah we CAN be great educators and discipline kids around us (and our own future ones) so that they are able to learn everywhere and be positive and good iA. good luck on your summer-planned summery mission! maybe I can join you some day :) hehe

ohhhh lantern of modesty!! that sounds so beautiful!! :D <3 i thought our time's theme was hometown heroes though. wasn't it? i remember my story had nothing to do with that >_> horribleh.
i think reflecting on faith is hard for anyone who doesn't do good for the sake of doing good. i keep reading hadiths or small reminders/stories recently on the page i like on fb "hadith of the day" and the end moral is usually about people not doing good to please Allah (swt) but just for popularity :\ i keep getting scared that they're signs for me LOL because usually when something happens to me i read a hadith or story about it/ how to handle such a situation. ^^

A hard theme? For teenagers? Lowering your gaze... But they had the Latern of modesty theme when we went. Maybe something about reflecting on your faith.
