Think of it this way...if it is going to be an unhappy ending, aren't you glad I got it there gradually instead of hitting you over the head with it? Thanks for your comment!
Hello! About six months ago, you left a comment on my story the Edge of Living. I'm glad you enjoyed it- if you are interested, I have just posted the first chapter of my new story, Life on Life's Terms. It is quite different from what my other story was, and it is a slash story. If you are interested, feel free to check it out and if that's not your thing, that's cool too and hope life's been treating you good. :)
That was one of my favorite chapters in the story because it's a big reveal chapter. Delia and Ben each reveal a lot about themselves unintentionally. I would tell you exactly how this ends but I do want you to keep reading! :P
I don't live in Edmonton, but I have visited quite frequently in my life and am very familiar with the "spots" there. I actually realized once I started posting the chapters with streets as titles that it's not my best idea. A lot of the scenes happen at Ben's place and now I have to find creative ways to reference other places to be used as titles. :\ It's also tricky with Edmonton's grid-method of street naming because two places that aren't even close to each other are technically on the same street so I have to go with cross streets. Like I have to actually check out Google Maps for the purpose of my chapter titles...I'm so silly. It's a mess. Never again. Next time, song titles!
Thanks for commenting on the pace of my story. I do have it all plotted out on a calendar, which helps. I try to make the transition between chapters as natural as possible. Thanks for reading! Hope you like the next chapter. :)
Thanks for the comment/rec :) I'm glad you like it; I plan on updating it pretty regularly. I leave the country in a few weeks and I plan to have the story well finished and out of the way before I do that! lol.
Definitely, yes! But write however you want to write it, if it helps make your story better then I'll be reading that! I'm Cookie by the way, and nice to meet you!
Thank you for your comments on Shell Games! Sorry I wasn't able to get my regular weekend up. I'm glad you think my chapters are of quality. It does take me a long time to write each chapter, although I am done writing the story. I am very obsessive about my editing. For this story, it usually it takes me a week to edit each chapter, which is why I've stuck to updating every weekend but, alas, this one was a busy one. If you are upset and confused, then I am doing my job right to this point in the story...it will all be cleared up by the end. :) Thanks for reading. I'm aiming to get the next chapter up midweek, and if not, by the end of the week for sure.
