Yes I see what you mean! I avoid all on that list, and I find it can be quite difficult to find a well written story that has so much thought put into it. There are the rare few, and I'm clinging to those like my life depends on it!

I try to comment where I can, but I feel it should be working both ways. If I'm not receiving comments, I feel unmotivated to comment on other stories, but I am working on being more active here.

I definitely wonder about people these days. The thought processes.

It's not that it doesn't interest me, I'm just trying to not be a douche and read more. I don't read much on this cite, and I rarely comment.

I just feel like all the stories on here are the same: incest, bandfics, pedophiles, blah blah blah.

It makes me wonder about people.

I know exactly what you mean! If I find a slight flaw in a story I'm reading, I will often find myself unmotivated to read the rest. I try to leave comments though, wherever possible, on what I thought of it. Unfortunately that can often leave me looking quite brutal, but I do prefer brutal critiques towards my own writing as well. I can only get better!

I don't believe I have actually read the end of a sad book. Always seems to end happily with the love interests finally being together. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to read a sad ending... I try to make them myself where the ending isn't what you might expect.

Haha I find Red's Heart is probably my favourite of the stories I've written, but it's definitely a story that you either like or you don't. There's no reading it if it vaguely interests you... Doesn't bother me though :D

I like weird books. And most of the books I read end up being sad, which then I lend others and it makes them sad.

I'm stuck in the "young adult" section for books a lot. But that's not a bad thing, because obviously half the authors I like write those books.

I like normal ones too. Chelsea Cain's books are great, too. Fucked up and gory.

I started reading Red's Heart (I think). Gah! I'm so picky with what I read.

I'll definitely have a look around Very Happy Surely they'll have it at QBD! It actually does look interesting! I'm a fan of the stranger books right now. Things that you don't normally read. I suppose it's because I've been trying to find my own 'new' concept!

Werewolves are definitely always a winner! Just gotta find a strong foothold, make it a little unique somehow! My story, Red's Heart, has a werewolf in it but instead of becoming a wolf, he starts out as one.

I haven't put wolves in any stories on here yet (surprisingly). But I want to write a werewolf story, but am afraid it'll be crap.

    Yes. Here's the summary:

We are alike! Wolves are by far my favourite animals in the existence of time! Such beautiful, dangerous creatures! I somehow find some way to weave them into my stories haha!

I have so many books that I've bought and haven't had the time to read -.- Mostly the end to series, and I just can't be bothered reading through the first two to remember what has happened!

I don't believe I've even heard of that series! Is it good?

I LOVE Sam. But I'm pretty much in love with the whole story because wolves are my favorite animals :3

No, not yet. I asked for it for Christmas. I'm so behind on that one, and the second book has been out for a while.

Have you read The Wake trilogy by Lisa McMann?

No! I didn't! She tells such an amazing story! I fell in love with Sam immediately! I've recently been trying to hack through The Raven Boys, but alas I have been a little busy! Have you read that one?

The Shiver trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater is one of my favorites ever. Did you know she has another book coming out, about Cole and Isabel? *flails*

Hahaha! Yeah, I always think of these ideas, and I think, 'wow this is good!' Then I start writing it and it gets so boring coz I wanna get to the good bits of the story!

Ah, the life of the imaginative!

It's hard for me to formulate stories, because I hardly write anything out. I just build chapters in my head, type them, and hope to hell they make sense.

Gets a bit like that! It's why I have been so slack with my story! I had it planned... but I kind of feel like changing it... just gotta make it work with what I've posted!

I've only read the first chapter so far. I keep getting distracted. I've come across it before and never read it (or started) until recently.

Really? lol. It's slow right now, I think, and I'm still figuring things out for it.

Very Happy Hope you're liking it so far! I've been so super slack but I do intend to put an update up soon!

I won't lie! Stalked your new story and I'll definitely be reading it!
