There's Cicada, Muse, The Apprentice Writer, The Claremont Review (they'd probably love your stuff), Faze, Shameless, and Teen Ink are all really good.
You'd have to check the rights, though, because some of them take first rights.

The book is called [i]A Teen's Guide to Getting Published: Publishing for Profit, Recognition, and Academic Success[/i], by Jessica Dunn and Danielle Dunn. It's rather a lame title, but the book is fantastic.
I've got the second edition of it, which is better, because the first edition was published 1996 and things have changed since then. :)
