That's messed up. You seem like you're a good dad, actually WANTING to see your son. My ex and I split up before I knew I was pregnant, and when I told him that I was...he wasn't the happiest. He's lightened up some, now. But it still makes me wonder if he's gonna want to see his daughter, or if he's just gonna be like "lol nope.jpg" and have nothing to do with her. :l

Good luck in court, though. I'm sure everything will be fine!
