Mmm well I have something to add to that — what I said in my other comment. The song is a broken heart song, and so I wrote about broken hearts, but I wanted the story to be positive in a way. I wanted to show how relationships are transitional, and everybody goes through a break up at sometime in their life.

I have noticed that a lot of stories on here are about kids being suicidal over break ups or even just the fact of not being loved back by the person they want more than anything at that point in time, which is completely ridiculous even though it does occasionally happen in real life. I wanted to show in my story how breaking up is just something that is sad, but that happens to everyone. Reese is broken hearted, sure, but he'll live and go on and find somebody else. He's not worthless just because he doesn't have Brett.

So, that was my positive angle on my sad ending lol. :]

I usually never write endings like that. I'm a happy ending sort of person, but it just seemed like the song I was supposed to follow didn't have a happy ending. It made me sad too :(

ok haha. i dont have a full time job. i only work on saturdays and they probably wouldnt give me more hours if i wasnt at school. and cba to find another job. lol.
