What season of Supernatural are you on?

Unfortunately I'm still a tiny bit behind on Supernatural (read: I'm only up to season two) so I can't go as in depth.

What did you think of The Day of the Doctor and The Time of the Doctor? I thought they were both brilliant, but I expected TTotD to be slightly scarier than it actually was (due to the Weeping Angels).
