WHAT IS EMO??~
what is emo?? jsut cus sumone has a fringe it doesn't make them 'emo'. just cus of their hair or clothes it doesn't mean they are depressed and slit their wrists, or even listen to 'emo' music. i don;t think many ppl know what 'emo' is anyway. is it a style of music or label or culture or kind of person or all of them? and anyway, jsut because ppl are depressed and 'emo' it doesn't make them bad people. the bad people are the fakes; ppl pretending to be emo sayin they're depressed all the time and slit their wrists for attention (if ur really despressed you won't tell the whole world trust me) or the ppl who take the piss because they think they're freaks... well like they're so perfect themselves. basically... i'm an happy postive 14 yr old kid into deathcore music.. so am i emo cus of the hair? lol emo is emotion - its part of somebodies personality not their image, so you ccan't call someone emo from their picture...

I read you 'emo' paragraph. And I TOTALLY agree with you! I listen to a LOT of harcore heavy/death metal music and people tell me i'm goth for doing that. I also shop at hot topic quite frequently and people tell me that I'm goth for shopping there. Does it really matter what music I like and what stores I shop at? The music and stores someone shops at doesn't make them goth.

People don't know how to leave people alone these days. :]
