Haha, Finland's capital is Helsinki.
If you compare it to other Finnish cities it's huge but I you compare it to like some American cities like New York it's really small :D

Not long.
The cast is one those you can take off when you want and then put it on again when you want. The doctor said I should wear it couple weeks but I feel like getting rid of it already.
