it felt extra good because
1) the art teacher had visited Japan and had no problem with this
2) My table was a bunch of jerks that I was just waiting to mess with
3) We had to spends weeks working on detailed drawings of the photos which I'm pretty sure was a little more awkward for the guys now that they knew who they were drawing

the whole is that a guy or a girl thing also came up in my shop class once

Dollywood is a really lame theme park in TN that my parents made me go to this summer, it was filled with conservative southerners, but I did a project on harajuku style for art once since every table had to have a theme I convinced my table to do harajuku since the teacher was totally into it, the next day when I brought them the photos we would be using they automatically assumed the people in the pictures were all girls, I really rather enjoyed telling them they were wrong XD
