Actually, Sam isn't that much older than her at all. His reason for not disclosing that information is because of that fact. :X Also, because in the beginning he just liked to mess with her.

I'm glad you liked it! I wanted to try and show how they did things, or how they got accustomed to doing things. So that it hopefully explains how they act when they're older. :) And yeah, time jump couldn't be avoided unfortunately.

Angels are dicks. So they won't even notice that his caseworker is not doing his job correctly. (Also, caseworker=very important)

Yeah, they grow quickly after puberty and level out in their twenties. Then they start aging much slower. So a 100 year old demon will resemble a 50 year old human. If that makes any sense.

Actually, I like to think Kat knew about Pip just because she recognized her as being like her. Probably the dance too. But since Piper was always hiding out in the stairwell she didn't get a chance to talk to her. So it wasn't until Piper actually went against her routine that she found more people like her. Like deciding to walk to school instead of get a ride. And deciding to have lunch the cafeteria instead of in her stairwell. :D

And Vincent will explain why he moved when he shows up again. Though I feel like I should warn you, I wrote the sequel with every intention of making it look like Vincent wasn't going to make a comeback. So, between you and me, he is very very very much making a comeback and also very very very important to the plot. But I will do a lot of writing that will convince you otherwise. Up until he shows up again. :D

Hey, thanks so much for the comment on Heaven Help Us! I'm glad you like it. I know the vampire-demon thing can be a bit of a cliche, so I definitely wanted to take it in a different direction. And honestly, I think I'm more excited for the sequel and prequel than the current story. Lol.
