I feel like it's for more vocal and outgoing people (aka not me LMAO). I kinda coasted for a while before I bailed out.

LMAO "vanilla on vanilla with vanilla sprinkles" is an apt description. They're missing out on such a big demographic with it too, and I'm convinced it comes from pure laziness. Like people don't want to research autism or jewish culture, but people spend hours looking for the weather in x city on y day smh

Do you have any recommendations? On or off Mibba, I'm open to any stories that contain a POC protagonists

ohhhh wattpad is rough. I didn't fit in there.
I'm always bummed looking at these vanilla on vanilla with vanilla sprinkles stories which is why I don't read as much work on here now which is a shame there's a lot of talent on this site.

I was on wattpad previously. There's so many users and so many cliques that makes it so easy to be shut out LMAO partially the reason why I migrated to Mibba and am currently loving the environment, some great real-estate here.

Aye, I agree. A lot of stories are looking like mayo sandwiches which really bums me out. I'm trying to take the initiative to write more diverse stories instead of only lecturing others about it LMAO

Where were you before Mibba? That's what I love about this site, everyone is easy to get along with.

Thank you! I always heated seeing non-POC mains in everything I see especially here which is why all of my mains in my stories are POC.

I'm also loving your "Reclaiming Beauty" contest. As a POC myself, I really love how you're promoting WOC as main characters rather than washed-out supporting characters. I really want to do it LMAO but I'm a rather flaky person.
