To answer your question on the Intro forum, Mibba is still alive. It's not busy-bee active as it used to be years back, but currently there is a group of members here working on the Mibba Revival project!

If you would like, you can write a blog to introduce yourself there and even ask for input on your story. I know there are a lot of people there. Just be sure to follow the blog rules: easy stuff, like be respectful, no spam, no kicking, no screaming, etc.

If you have questions, feel free to ask! Everyone here is pretty friendly!
