If you haven't and would like to, there is an Introduce Yourself thread in the forums where you can pop in and say hi. The Blogs Section is very active if you want to chat with people. You can also post your own blog, promote your writing, etc. Read other people's stories, poems, tutorials... there's a lot you can check out!
Also, look out for contests and monthly theme events; they are a lot of fun!
