I had a feeling it probably wasn't the symbolism you were after ;) From the author's note, it sounded like it was something a whole lot mote. :) But what it was, that's pretty crafty, I don't think I would have thought of that at all. It's neat when people can do that with stories, so it was a pretty good write with all of that too. :)
