My story is being written in the point of view of an American teenager. So she's using the terms an American teenager would use, especially with no prior knowledge of British slang. I appreciate your 'construction' but it wasn't necessary. If I was writing from Oliver's point of view, then it would have been necessary.

Hello; Thanks for the comment on my story. Its nice to know someone is reading it (Other than Jayme).

Yeah, it probably is a little predictable, but I'm going to try and shake it up a bit.

    Thank for commenting my journal.

Yes, I plan on writing original fiction.
I'll probably be leaning more towards vampires and mythical things, but I already have a few thoughts written down for other things. It's all a work in progress. (:

I was only pissed off because MSN wasn't working, not at you my love.

We really like long apologies, don't we?

That conversation was just so confusing that I didn't gather anything from it at all :P

I think it probably WAS my MSN being crap, although my other conversations seemed to be okay.

Ok, yes, I've been through stuff lately, but I don't want to unload my problems on you and I wasn't trying to pity fish (like compliment fishing, i coined it myself :P) in that conversation at all.

I'm genuinely baffled as to why you thought I was offended, honestly.

Hang on... is this the conversation last night, right? (or was it saturday, the one that was 5 minutes behind????)

Because I don't remember having any sort of revelation last night about anything. I mainly remember asking you questions :P

Damn me not saving the conversation!!

What was the first thing that came into your head?

What was the revelation again that pushed you over the edge??

This is all rather baffling :S

I'm not good at remembering things right now as well, because I'm living through a cloud of illness and post-youknowwhat numbness.

I've genuinely been out of touch with everything this past month or so.

Or perhaps these past few years.

'when you know that there are some good things in your life,
    but everything else is shit,
and therefore life must be shit' (sorry to quote :P)

Yeah, I know how that feels. too much so :P. That's why when you said to me you didn't know why I was feeling like I did because I had so many great things in my life (which is true) I didn't really take it on board.

It's hard to focus on the good things when all the bad things are gripping you with their icy claws.

You're really not a shit friend, you're an awesome friend.

But we can ALL be a bit shit sometimes.

Even ME! XD (such a shocker, that)

Of course I forgive you, though I'm not sure what for.

You shall have to explain to me in person where I won't get so confused :)

And I can give you a bone crushing hug and slap you round the head, tell you that you don't need to be sorry.

'really sorry about what the doctor said' i need that to be explained too :P

I can't even remember the date anymore.

Seriously, another reason I need my head sorted out XD

As for the cold-heartedness, yes, sometimes you can be a leetle bit too blunt (see this as constructive criticism? :S) but that can be easily changed. It's not being cold hearted, trust me. It's not like you're Voldemort or anything, now THAT'S cold-heartedness.

Yes, sometimes people need stuff pointed out to them, but most of the time it's not the best thing to do.

But don't be uncomfortable with who you are. Change little things, but not the things that make you YOU.

And self pity? when is zis?? :P

A little bit of self pity can be good, but not to the extent of starting to bang on about every single ache in your big toe. Big toe analogies aside, balance is probably what I'm going on about. XD

And you need to learn to sort your own life out, not other people's.

Look out for number 1 and all that.

That's the main thing I've learnt from the past 6 months of my life. I tried to sort out other people so much that I didn't notice I was slowly deteriorating inside.

So in some cases you probably need to be MORE selfish, but it's all about striking that balance. I'm pretty sure that this one comment cannot sufficiently survey all that, but it took me a long time of talking to my doctor before I realised the things that needed to be changed to strike that balance.

This is why therapy isn't such a bad thing, trust me, banging on about your self to someone impartial to your life really does help.

So take that time off to take a good look at yourself, to remind yourself of what you like and sort out what you don't like.

    (Clean the wound! arharharhar)

That's what my doctor is forcing me to do :S (she made me write a whole list of what i liked about myself!! torture!! The don't like list wasn't as hard naturally) so it can't be all bad an idea.

My god, this is the longest comment I've ever written, no doubt about it.

I think I'm winning the epic-length thingy that's going on right now :P

Erm, to conclude... I really don't know.

I think we're gonna have to man up and talk about this through non-technological means XD
