Well facing the stage I went left toward the bar thing and shelled out close to five bucks for a water. Yeah I was right by the barrier cause I wanted to get close, but not dangerously close. There were a lot of 'old' people around me. Like they kept complaining about how they didn't recognize half the music they played during the break. And I pissed off a couple people by singing the lyrics loudly (like I wasn't the only one). It was pretty subdued over there. The funnest part was during The Hush Sound's set and I couldn't breathe or move to the security dude who was like four people in front of me so these guys around me heard I wanted to get out and before I knew it four strangers were lifting me up over the crowd. I've been around a lot of shows and nice crowds, but that one took the cake that a bunch of guys I didn't even know were willing to help me out. Our music scene rules.
Ha ha yeah I was right next to Ryan, it was so funny seeing his expression. It wasn't my first though but was one of the best. Well it was one of my first, I first crowd surfed there cause I couldn't stand the mosh pit. And actually I was closer when I got out then where I was originally. I was so close I could see the detail in Ryan's tattoos. SO GORGEOUS.
Wow, really? I've found a few, not to mention my best friend who as it turns out lives right down the street. Man I thought I knew about all the little towns around Houston but I can't for the life of me recall yours.
hah, yeah. i haven't either, but everyonce in a while, i'll turn on the oldies station and it'll be playing. everytime i hear it, i crank it up and im like, "OOOHH, TAINTED LOOOOOVE..." at the top of my lungs (:
