Yeah, it will be based on both girl. I was thinking you could write one girl's point of view and i'll write the other's.

ok... i just thought of this in like, ten seconds, but it's kinda cool (to me)...

who: anyone associated with Decaydance records (Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Cobra Starship, the Academy is..., etc.) and the band of our own creation...

what: a new band joins the Decaydance crowd. The band consist of two sisters or bestfriends... whatever, and a few of their friends. These to girls, however, have these strange powers which no one know about except themselves... that's about all the plot line i have there, maybe there will be a little romance? i think so...

what you need to do: once we get the plot line decided and everything, we can then decided who writes the first chapter and then alternate chapters...
