As I briefly mentioned in the author's note, it was written for a literary magazine and it had a word limit. I had reached it. xD I would have loved to give it a more complete ending, and I appreciate your feedback! :)

Hey thanks so much for the story comment :) I feel like it wasn't my strongest piece, but I was trying to incorporate a few different themes into it so it was a bit of a challenge. It also was only the second drabble I have ever written, so I'm still getting used to the short and sweet concept (compared to multi-long chapters, and fan fiction as well) so I'm glad that you liked the short and sweetness of it :) For the imagery, yeah, I get what you mean.... I think that there is better imagery in my first drabble, Vivid Emerald, and that's it a much better piece overall, if you were wanting to read that too :)

I'd definitely read the entries and laugh so much. c:

I remember the old Quizilla, ah, it was glorious.
I mean, besides those people who put too much clutter
and widgets on it. But I really was envious of those people
who knew all the HTML coding and everything.
When they took away customization of story layouts, I was devastated.

I'm excited about the more efficient search engine.
Stories that are categorized incorrectly bother me so much.
& maybe the tutorials, followed by the "blogs."

I was going to make the steampunk more obvious in the layout, but opted instead for putting it in the 'about me' ;)
Steampunk is an amazing genre/subgenre.

Oh, and I doubt it since there have been some really, hm,
interesting themes for some contests, so to speak.

Thanks a lot for the comment on 'Te Amo' - I struggle a lot with first person too, so writing it was both a curse and a blessing. I'm glad if it helped you in any way!

I think the only contest I've seen on the forums
that is even close to that is the Cliché Plot one.
If I had time to be a judge for that, I'd totally do it.

In a sense, it does serve as a guide of what not to do when writing a story.

I'm glad I don't write the same way I used to.
That would be embarrassing and I'm sure that my Sue

(: No problem. I'm glad Quizilla serves as an example of how we
shouldn't be writing by a certain age. I learned many things through the
site and it encouraged me to write and read more. The Mary Sues are
god awful though. Oh boy.
