Well that's amazing. Sounds fun.

It sort of sounds like something my town does around St. Patrick's Day.
The main street in the downtown area shuts down and everybody goes there for food (and music).

It was sort of a letdown not to do the big things, but I don't think it was so bad considering that the previous two Fourths of July I wasn't even in America.

Not much is up really.

Today is the Fourth of July.
So that means fireworks and celebrating the fact that America kicked Britain's buttocks in the Revolutionary War.
I sometimes wonder what the English do on the Fourth. Do they go "oh yeah, sheee, we messed up" or do they just go "Oh yes. Those bloody Americans and their ruddy Declaration" ?
Something to think about.
