Oddly copy + paste theft I'm not too bothered about as I can clearly show it's my own work. It's when someone takes all lore, character designs and stuffs and then re-writes it to make their own version that worries me. If someone does it well, it may come across as being simply a similar story, not a theft. Thankfully, this person did a shoddy job and also copy+pasted my blurb and sex scenes. But I will be continuing :3 Too many people have asked me to finish it to take it down. I also work on wattpad too but I have far more readers here and I need vocal ones to know if the story is still good.
    I may re-write it and have an attempt at getting this story published (would have no issues with theft then!) but I shall try with a couple of short stories first. It shall be a scary time when I attempt at becoming published ;-;
But thanks for the support and for helping me decide! :3

First, thank you for the wall comment and for the blatantly obvious interest you have in my story :3 And I shall fix that error. Always let me know if you notice any blatant mistakes. : )

    Answering questions!
A Source's life is tied to their Weaver and it's as you said. Lillith aged rapidly as she was about 300 years at her Weaver's death. Lyra is young enough for her magic to fade and for her body to remain alive. Her normal life span hasn't yet been passed so if Grigore were to die she would simply become a normal human and no longer plagued by monsters. So no, Lyra wouldn't be in danger when he leaves. Well she would be while he was alive. Once he would be dead she would be as safe as anyone else in the world.
Sources eye colour changes due magiiiiiic. Literally. They have high volumes of magic in their body and it's always visible through their eyes. Kind of like a symptom to being a Source. Sources are rare so no, not every Weaver has a Source. And because of that Weavers don't actively seek out Sources. If they find one, which they would recognise from the magic in them, they would simply take them with them for safety and help her find her Weaver. Not every Weaver would find their Source as they world is so big and can be born billions of miles apart. And a Weaver having a Source is utterly random.
The magic has a big role in how the relationship plays out between a Source and Weaver. It wants them to like each other, to want to touch each other so it can be passed to the Weaver. There would be a pair that have personalities that have to starkly different and hate each other but ultimately the magic forces them to care for one another and work together. A Source can't refuse a Weaver. The magic wouldn't allow her. It would bend her will and ensure she sticks by him. The same applies for Weavers. The magic is very very selfish.
Birth of either Source of Weaver is utterly random and the odds of a magic user being born from one is just the same as a normal human.
Weavers are all human and they are all men and Sources are always female. I chose this because a woman's body carries life and nurtures it. This is essentially what a Source does with magic. They carry it within them and it grows within her. As I said, Weavers are born from anyone and, like Sources, usually display symptoms. Often a Weaver has a very small amount of magic within them so other Weavers can find them. This magic will often display itself through intense emotions, often through things breaking randomly or changing the temperature of water or some such. Domestic creatures also shy from them. Sometimes the parents don't pick up on the symptoms until a Weaver comes to take the child away, sometimes they do.
The Weavers don't really have an organisation as such, merely laws passed to them from the lands and ranks given to ensure they match a Weaver correctly to a monster. So when a monster plagues a city, the people will ask for a specific ranked Weaver to take it down. A Weaver of that rank will then answer the calls.
Every Weaver found is often taken from abusive homes or given over willing by parents who have pride in their child, some parents refuse though and that child is left. Once a Weaver has been trained, some hunt for a short time before retiring, others retire instantly and return to a normal life, most go on to hunt for a long time. So I guess it's both voluntary and forced.
And the magic only makes a Source And Weaver lusty for each other when the Weaver is starved. It's to help him and lust is the best way to get a Source and Weaver to touch each other so it can pass through skin contact.
I am going to try to focus on the way a pair of Weavers work together in the next part of the story so you may learn a bit more about them. So yes, you should be learning a bit more about Weavers and how they function.

Hope that gives you some answers to your questions. If you have any more, ask and I'll happily answer : )
    Thanks for the support!

You are not nit picking, you are being kind and pointing out my stupid mistakes so I don't look silly, which I thank you very much for. I'll correct them tomorrow possibly, if my brain can function. If you spot any mistakes in the future, let me know please! It's helpful for me as I don't pick them up (often very sleepy when I write so I will mix up words or write the wrong one) and weirdly Word doesn't either. Word's stupid.
But thanks for the comment! Glad you like it at the moment, as well as others. Appears this change in the story was a good plan. Huzzah.

What makes me come alive? Roadtrips. Piling into a car, or van, and going somewhere I've never been before. I want to do that always.

    @ Agony
It certainly is. I know that a lot of the time, the people there can be sometimes shallow and vain. I think it comes with the fact that the city was built to run on the fuel of the negative aspects of humans. IE, the city was made to flourish on the worst in people so by a side product the inhabitants have a part of them reflecting that. Not everyone is bad though. Like I said, I had some good times. I'm actually a bit fond of Vegas, it is where I became the person I am today, much to the surprise of most people I know. I think what helped me is finding good people to surround myself with. I went to a magnet high school there from my Sophomore year to Graduation, so I was lucky to have a larger supply of decent people then most public high schools have. It also helps to indulge in the simple pleasures you can find there that aren't anywhere else. For example, the college-town I live in now can in no-way compete with the 24 hour-ness that is Las Vegas. If I get hungry past 2am, I'm out of luck. Back home I can find a joint open anytime, anywhere. It's one of the things I miss about Las Vegas haha!

EDIT: And you are entirely welcome! I enjoy poetry from time to time. Also, I apologize if I'm replying in a wrong fashion. I'm not use to this new mibba replying system, oh the woes of being an old member xD

Thank you for the poem comment as well. I often worry that my thoughts don't translate well or that the meaning gets lost. I'm glad you liked it. :D

Thank you, I appreciate it. It is most definitely very different than most other places. I'm sure I'll get used to it one day though.

Awww, thank you so much for your heartfelt comment! I just love getting long comments and I usually read them over and over again because I'm a creep haha! :D Well, in a way it's a good thing you found it late since now you don't have to wait for the usual 8 million years it takes for me to update a chapter as I accustomed to do lol. I'm so glad that I've been able to inspire you with my writing! :D That's probably one of the best compliments I've gotten! I actually just updated again in case you wanted to read the latest chapter ^.^

Haha, glad you enjoyed the update. Sorry Lyra disappointed you. She is a very naive character at the moment who only looks to her magic to guard her. She'll learn though :3 It does surprise me that a few readers appear to be quite fond of Grigore. He barely appeared and when he did he was usually being a git. Not saying I don't like the fact people like him. That's a good thing.
Shall be updating as usual on thursday! And thank you for the comment. :D

    Ahh!
I'm sorry about the background hurting your eyes, dear! There's always the "Default" setting up on the top if you need it. This layout was thrown together quickly, so hopefully I'll manage to snag some time and experiment with better designs soon.
Thanks for the super amazingly awesome message though<3 I want to answer some questions, but I'm going to attempt to explain them as we go on with the story. If I don't, feel free to ask xD

You see, it is things like the comment you sent me that makes me feel guilty for avoiding my responsibilities (i.e., updating) and helps me get back on the proverbial horse. Every once in a while I need a pleading message to help get my butt back in gear, and so I say thank you, sooo much, for caring about WonderLand and Little Red enough to guilt trip me into updating! I shall do my best to get the next chapter of both stories out soon(ish), and now that my darling boyfriend has ditched me for summer camp, I don't have any excuses for not doing it. Thank you again, for caring about my absence and lack of updates, and thank you sooo much for liking Little Red and WonderLand so much! Believe me, if, on the off chance I ever DO get either of these published (unlikely, but I can dream, can't I?), I will make sure you get a free copy, cause I might have gone the whole summer without writing anymore if I hadn't read your message.

Oh my gosh, both of your comments made me smile so much :) If all goes well, I do hope to be published, but before that, yes, HCIP needs to be extended and edited and refurbished and whatnot. It's sitting at just over 50K words.
Thank you so much, YOU'RE awesome, and I'm so glad you enjoyed reading it :D

Okay, so do you remember the story Vagabond?
I definitely want to do a sequel, and I'm going to make it about finding faith in yourself rather than religion.
That's actually what I've decided on in my life, and I wanted to get an opinion on it as a possible sequel.
