Haha yeah I find it hard not to be cliche/predictable when writing fanfic but I do try not to be. Though I admit openly that I like cliche/mushy stuff so sometimes I personally need it haha. Hmm...you're probably right about Layla. I worried constantly I was making her seem 'easy' but I really wanted it to highlight that she's a little brazen and when she's around Kevin she's different than she normally would be in similar situations. If that makes sense. I feel like I should re-read because it's been a while!! But thanks as always :)

Oh gosh I know exactly what you're saying! I have a guy friend that is exactly that same way. it frustrates me to no end! he's like the smartest person and he's failing because he doesn't feel like doing the work. annoys the crap out of me! and goodness what great ACT scores!!

hmm I dont think you are being too harsh; he really sounds like he could have such a promising future if he applied himself. I do, however, think it shouldn't have a huge role in your relationship. now dont get me wrong, it should be talked about because some things do seeem to be going wrong because of it and it sounds like he could do so much better, but i dont think you should let it play a huge part in your relationship. You should definitely talk to him about it though. It sounds like you should tell him of all the promise he has that you told me. ha sorry if my advice is annoying or anything; I'm just trying to help. :)

My life has been completely dull. haha nothing what so ever has been going on, and I think thats the problem. I do have friends and hang out with everyone, but lately it seems like people are growing apart and I'm being left in the dark. there's all these parties I hear about after they've happened and get togethers and all that jazz and I guess I just fell left out. oh geez I bet I sound like a whinner now. sorry! haha that was not my intention. so yes that is my little pathetic sob story of the moment. haha

oh and we had the last two days as half days and Friday is off, for school i mean! yes! so exciting. =D

arg that sucks. I'm sorry about your friend. that happened with us too. My friends and I were all going to be disney princesses, and one of my friends didnt want to so she showed up as a headless person instead and another friend of ours was something else too. we shrugged it off, I mean why force it and have it turn into a fight right? well then they kept falling behind on purpose so they could talk and we kept waiting for them until they told us to just go ahead. so we did but then we looked for them again and they took a different route so we couldn't find them, and when we finally did they were mad at us for leaving them even though they said it was okay and we HAD looked for them. so they were mad and wouldn't talk to us and it was just stupid. so yeah that was kind of a downer, but we all figured it out eventually.

ha I've heard that movie was good. I'm glad you're Halloween worked out, and I know what you mean about planning it, we did that too. I love alice in wonderland! thats such a cool idea!

My halloween was pretty fanastic. I went trick or treating and it was a blast, other than the fact it was freezing. I went as belle from beauty and he beast. haha oh a friend did get mad at and had a fight with three of my other friends including myself so that kind of ruined things, but what caan you do?

oh and love your new layout! its so funny because my friends and I always say the or i'll shank you thing like you have at the bottom as a joke. ha =D
