Same! The muse is terribly unreliable. I tend to carry a piece of paper and a pen at all times, just in case. This is a little hard when swimming... But I tend to wake up in the middle of the night with ideas, mostly. And then I have to attempt to write them down in the dark, because my bedside lamp has blown its bulb and I don't want to get out of bed to go to the door and the light switch there... maybe I should just find a long stick so I can poke the light switch from the bed...

Man, I know what you mean. I worked harder in the last few weeks of school than I could remember at almost any other time. But then, that was also because I had a better work ethic, like I was actually committing to things and not procrastinating. Meanwhile, everyone else was slacking off, which is what you supposedly should do. I can be backward like that. But yeah. My school got off May 20th. Before you start saying how lucky I am, though, I must say we have to go back to school the second week of August. So it's really about the same.

Well, do you want to be more of a writer than a reader? I find that imitating writing styles you really like and using that to find your niche can work. I guess the best advice is to just keep trying and really work toward it and over time you'll improve. I bet people have told you that a hundred times before, and I wish I could tell you something better.

Aw, that's always sooo... mm, I don't know the word... heart-bubbling when you find out someone likes you back. It's a rare occasion, sadly.
And inspiration is always great! I tend to get writer's block at all the wrong moments...! Like when you're halfway through something, or just at the end.... and then you have to force chapters out and it goes all wrong.

I just finished my last exam, so I'm pretty spiffy actually! I'm listening to Verdi's Dies Irae and generally doing what I want for the first time in the past... I dunno, two months?!

What?? Uber shy? The first thing I did when I went on Mibba was comment, comment, comment! And comment! Hahah. But I didn't know about story boards so I just messaged them instead, xD.

Ah, it all makes sense now! I tend to have a rather short term memory, so I was wondering if I'd been talking to you before... ^_^

PS. Thanks for telling me you for like my stories :D. I'd rather have a reader who pressures me to update and whatnot than a silent one.

Yeah I kind of figured that, because I do the same thing, haha. The authors I like anyway. I have a pretty lousy sense of remembering screen names.

I've read every word Stephenie Meyer has got in print, and I used to be terribly impressed, but apparently, not anymore. But the bright side is, I can demean her in detail now! Lol. I think my favorite book is Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. It changed almost everything I thought about literature. I love the author. But some books I'm just plain terrified to read, for fear that they'll be so beautifully written I'll want to burn everything I've ever written because I'll never be that good. That's the kind of person I am.

Ya, I read that too, it was really good, I thought she wasn't going to be able to combine it, but she did (though I don't know anything about Inyasha, so that part was a bit confusing to me, but I was a able to get through it without too much confusion!) then when she stopped I was so sad because I wanted to see where she ended up.....
