It's not so much Jesse will screw her over (I should've phrased it better) but that she'll find out somehow that he only pretended to like her (at first) to let her know who her mother was. Knowing Rachel, she'll see that as some like, huge thing and will probably dump him. It makes it all the more obvious this will happen when Jesse told Idina (or his vocal coach) that he liked Rachel. He will screw it up lol
