Would you really give it to her?
Have you ever seen her live?
If a story ever really touches her, she talks about it to her other fans.
That's another reason why I love her.
She lives so close to me :tehe:.
She lives in Texas :).
Actually, it was a horrible night out. =( I had two drinks - two, I swear - and threw up. That unnerved me, because it's not very like me. I don't drink to excess, but I like being able to have a few drinks on a Saturday or Friday night, and it's something I do. It was the first time I'd ever thrown up after drinking, and I didn't like it. I'm just not myself the last few days.
It is a very difficult situation, because it's a quagmire. It's been a real eye-opener for me, too - y'know, when you think of a crisis pregnancy, or an unplanned pregnancy, it's not a 43 year old married mother of four you think of. It's opened my eyes to the state of my parents relationship, too. I mean, I always knew it was bad, but...this is something ridiculous. >.<
Oh. Yeah. That. Eh, stuff isn't so good here right now. I was meant to be flying to Belgium today, I was going to Pukkelpop, but I figured I couldn't leave Mama by herself. I'm going to go out to Dorans tonight, it's Friday, so half price drinks, but I'm not going to stay too long.
Oh well, a bit of music and a bit of alcohol, that's a decent Friday night. =) The Shower Scene are playing, so it might be fun. They're pretty terrible, but I like teasing them. I'm kinda notorious for messing with crappy hometown bands. ;D
They probably did. ;D Download lets emo/pop-punk bands in...but they're usually bottled to within an inch of their life. It amazes me the bands the book for it, when they know they're only going to get bottled. Like...this year, they booked Go:Audio. Dunno if you know them, they're Brits, but they're very poppy. They were bottled offstage. Reading/Leeds is famous for one particular bottling incident - Brendon Urie was knocked out onstage - but it's really not that common.
I went the year with Fall Out Boy...? I'm not sure what year that was. I've been to Warped a few different times, but one thing I don't really like about the American festivals is the fact that there's no camping. I don't like the camping itself - I'm allergic to life, basically, so sleeping outside doesn't suit me - it's the vibe and atmosphere. ;D
Aha, if rain ruins American's days, don't come near Ireland or the UK! Y'know the way in Greenland or wherever, they have permafrost? Well, we have permarain. =D
I did things like that too. =D I have a tendancy to make...non PC things, anyway. To be honest, I've had to tone down my personality a little for Mibba, you're all just so nice, I'm scared I might offend somebody!
Maybe it's just 'man-swine-flu', but it really is terrible. Like, I've just been lying in bed for the last 2 days, and God, I ache so bad. I'd nearly say that it feels like I'm dying or something, cos that's what I'm thinking, but Trev (my cousin, who also happens to be my best friend) has leukemia and I don't want to jinx him or anything.
I love Bamboozle! I was only there once, but it was amazing. And take it from a guy who's been to every major European music festival, Download sucks. Ugh, it's so bad, full of metalhead music elitists. Reading and Leeds is the best festival, it's indie, electro and emo/pop-punk, with one of each genre on a different stage at any given time. It always has the best lineup out of any European festival, I love it. ;D
Theme park! Yeah, go to the theme park! =D Wish we had a good one in Ireland...
I was the exact same. >.< My Mum keeps telling me that this is karma's way of getting back on me. Oh, well. It was gonna happen anyway. They tell you it's as bad as regular flu, but I think it's worse. Ugh, I feel so shitty. It's like...achy all over, I've only been out of bed once in the last two days and that was just to go to the doctor.
It's coldish here.
Nothing really, I am holding onto the last not-really week of summer. Hopefully I can make plans with my friends <3
