And no. I kind of just wing it whenever I make my layouts. In CSS it has labels so you know what you're changing, but other than that, there's nothing that I know of. Yes.

Something like that. They have layouts.

Hi! Thanks for the comment on Garden, I'm so so so happy you like it so far. I know what you mean about re-written fairytales sometimes being bad...I've read some crappy ones before.

Anyway, about your question: I use photoshop. I'm sure any picture editor could do the same thing for you, though. Then I just upload the picture onto my photobucket and make the picture the story title background.
