i wouldnt pick manchester if i were you, its probably one of the most grottiest/dangerous places in the north of england. bleurgh!! and the accent is irritating as hell!! london isnt actually as expensive as people say it is, especially for students. i mean, i'm living in london and im not like scrimping or anything like that. yeah it does rain all the time compared to other countries, but when its hot it is quite nice. during the summer its around 30+ celcuis at the best, and the winters (january/december, ect) its quite common to be icy rather than snowy. i mean i do like living here for the weather to be honest, we dont get THAT must rain, more cloud and wind :)
i have a very small knowledge of orchestras, but a friend of mine is in one, so i know theyre quite common :) i have no idea though really, i think your best bet would be to find one when youre here. i cant imagine it being too hard to track down a group you could join! xxx

no way, you're gonna come to england?! well for english literature and language, i'd reccomend somewhere like kent or surrey areas, like kingston. there's also places like leeds and central london which are known for those degrees.
a sandwich programme is when you spend the middle year abroad, so for example if you did english literature/language in iceland, the middle year would be spent in england!

God, that is EXACTLY how I feel! Even if they come up on shuffle on my iPod or whatever, I can't just listen to it, I HAVE to skip it. It's such a shame... I still listen to their older stuff every now and then, but I've just moved on to more British bands, I suppose. I think its one of those things where British bands know what you want to listen to or what to say because they're from the same place and grew up with the same stuff I did. So I'm more into You Me At Six, Bring Me The Horizon and Enter Shikari and stuff.

oh god, bloody collide... i swear, that is the bane of my life. i'll be honest, i am completely and totally not in to my chemical romance at the minute, so there is NO motivation for me in writing those stories! after the danger days album came out, i tried to get into it, but i was really like 'what even is this, to be honest?' it felt like such a downgrade from the black parade!

I know, I totally have fucked up, and big time. I have NOTHING. Like, no inspiration, no time to even write for Shag Bands. But do not worry, the next chapter will be up (hopefully) soon. It's just that it's... not finished. And not going anywhere, when I want it to, it's just hard to get it to.

well, you could post it on this site because there's that feature with stories in different languages? maybe you could look into that?
but that would be quite cool to mix it up with a little english, because i have read some gabe saporta stories like that which are in like, half spanish and half english, and the translation is in the authors note or kind of written in with the story.
