Cool, I'll be a freshman too. I'm a little freaked out 'cause people say there's like 5 hours of homework, because it's a specialized high school.

I want to make them do something like that. 'cause another kid died last year, right before school started, so what I'm thinking is that for the year we graduate [2011], i'll make them dedicate a page or a few to all the kids in our grade that died over our high school experience. after one year, we've already lost two. :[
yeah, it was horrible. i hope i never have to go to another open-casket wake again.
ahaha. i recognize that quote! i remember reading it and i was like, "wow. that's a really great, dramatic way to state the truth."
    nope. but it sounds good!
hmm. any book by Frank Peretti. they're scientific and most of the time incorporate religion [even though i'm not religious, i respect all], but his Veritas Project books changed my way of thinking. as you'd put it, they blew my mind. extremely unrealistic, but still. there's hidden themes that got to me.
have you ever heard of the Hangman's Curse? the book or the movie. that's the first of his Veritas Projects series. i've read and seen it, it's amazing in both counts.
