That was exactly my point, to make it look unfinished.
I didn't give it a happy or a sad ending. Just left the reader in suspense.
I'm not going to explain what exactly happened because it'll ruin my point.

I'd like to say that I'm terribly sorry that you didn't like my ending but I can't make everyone happy. Some people will get it and others will not.

And I know! Twilight is a really really good book too, and I think some people over do it to a point of almost plagairism

I thought it was important to show how Clary actually does feed off of humans. I didn't want anyone to have this dillusion that she was a saint or something.

lol and yes you have way good points and ideas. i have some flaws for Danni in my head (i know that sounds crazy) but i just kind of forgot to mention them. for instance, she is a total nerd at heart. which doesn't sound that bad, but she used to get teased way bad for it.

Also she can't sing. at all. and has very little musical talent, like you suggested. I'm cooking up some other flaws too.

So ya I'll make an effort to include that in the next chapter.

And sorry about the whole resposting the end of the last chapter thing. Its just a bad habit I picked up from Quizilla lol.

Haha, I know what you mean. I'll look at some of my stuff from way back when and cringe at how I spelled something or how gramatically incorrect I wrote things.

I've probably been writing for four or five years. Whether or not I was any good back then is a different story :]

Is your short story only a chapter long? Then, it would be a one-shot. If it's not, then it's a short story.

I think you should put it on Mibba because you have to get other people's opinions on it if you ever want to publish it. Just think of it this way, if regular people like us like it then the "main guys/publishers" will have to like it too simply because REGULAR people buy the product. It's all about the money for them. :)

Yeah, I suppose. I'm glad I have readers that help me better my writing. Sometimes, I reread my chapters and find really stupid mistakes...
