    Hahahaha, I'm the same way.
If I come on, I just check my alerts and then leave again lol.
I think it's because I feel guilty that I've neglected my stories :c

Oooooh, Glass tho! I will check it when I get the time, for sure!
I understand that. I've actually been writing fanfiction lately because it's the only source of inspiration I can find. But I am going to TRY to start actually writing my stories on here again. But they're on a flashdrive with my friend because I had my hard drive wiped.

    I'm good, how are you?!

I miss you! Mibba is totally crazy now though, I'm having a hard time navigating it :( but YES if you read through our comments, you can see our beautiful friendship blooming, which is lovely. How are you doing my love? It's been forever since we've talked (except for all the tiny chats haha)

I'm glad you're back!!! (Yes, that required more than one exclamation point because I AM SO HAPPY YOU'RE BACK.) It's really hard for me to read stories on here anymore unless the layout is REALLY good and the story really interests me. I'm a layout whore... :P
Make finishing a story your goal! And focus on that one story you want to finish. It's hard when you have a lot of stories up, which leads me to the second comment, which is that I think you should take your stories down and start brand new. It's a huge relief (or it was for me) to just start over with your stories. And then you sort through your ideas and pick out the ones you really want to stick with.
I'd love it if you extended the one-shot! But I love everything you write so that's not surprising. :PP Just roll around ideas in your head, write a little bit, and see if anything takes you anywhere. Or just obsessively over-analyze everything until you find a story. That's what I do. I drive myself crazy with the idea until all I want to do is write and write and write.(:

1.) I thing everyone feels that way sometimes... I'm one of the worst, I just take down stories willy nilly when I feel like I got sidetracked from my original plan. Maybe it would be worth it to rewrite the stories you're not fond of right now? Who knows? Maybe because you've gotten this far with these stories you'll have some perspective. You'll know what the plan is and don't have to totally wing it the whole way.

2.) And I like the name Umbrella Clouds! It paints a picture!

PS: I'm bias because they featured me in the comedy section of that site, so I believe that it can therefore do no wrong.

PPS: Regardless, there's still a bunch of good stories there.

PPS: When I wrote this I read it as a whisper, just like when.I.type.like.this.I'm.forced.to.take.small.pauses.

Yeah, I figure it will be alright. I wanted to redo it and now I sort of have the option do that without second guessing myself... I think it will be better now because I have a clear idea of what I know I want to happen, so it won't be so scattered. And I remember most of the charachters and jobs and what not. The only thing that really kind of blows is that I am officially missing some of the quotes I would really want to use.

But ahh, yes, the after sex pudding. I will ALWAYS remember that...

Anyway, I'm glad you're staying positive, that's the best way to handle... anything, really. And I'm sure inspiration will come eventually. I've been completely lacking inspiration for just about a century now, but one day I visited [the resistance], just for memory's sake and I got sucked in again, and now I've been writing a lot. I've written a bunch for HtMaH and a brand new story (that might possibly morph in to the General Advice for the Social Hazards rewrite). It all just sort of pops up all at once. I suggest finding an old story that you used to read a lot, and reread it. Reread the shit out of it. Then perhaps you'll be more inspired to get back on the horse. If not... meh... at least you'll be killing time reading instead of watching TV or something.

Here's a fun place to start:

Hey! I've been good, how about you?
I've actually started writing again. I once again found time and inspiration.
My computer though wanted to start a fight so it crashed and the only way to save the computer was to do a system reboot, which means I've lost all of my previous writing... all rough drafts, all plans, all vague ideas, and all of General Advice for the Social Hazards, which I really wanted to rewrite and clean up.

School is... school. It will never be truely enjoyable. It will get more tolerable however.

I agree. I just can't barf our chapters like I used to. And yeah, a business degree requires a bunch of horribly mundane classes, but the jobs you can get from it aren't all like that at all. It's really broad so you can do basically anything. And yes, if I'm lucky enough to start a bakery, you are welcome to work there!

Yeah, the only reason I've returned to mibba is because I feel kind of douchey leaving a story unfinished. And I feel ya, sometimes I don't know why I'm even in school. Right now I'm a business major. I figure there is always a some job available for a business degree so I'm sticking with that. Plus, if ever possible I would like to open up my own bakery, so that would be nice...

Pretty much the same... Mibba is definitely not a priority, but the other day I had time so I popped in. How have you been?

Eep, I'm so terribly sorry it took me forever to reply to you and read the update! I've been such a Mibba failure lately :/ But anyway, thanks for letting me know! It was lovely, as always, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter :)
