Reply to your comment on Innocence (An Abuse Story): "I think you've done really well with your indirect characterization and introducing the reader to the main character. The only thing I have to suggest is that you're a little more creative in terms of the way you describe things."
Thanks, I've been working really hard on writing. I've written it free-writing to be honest, though. Um. Okaies. :S Could you be more descriptive, on how I should describe things? Becuase I honestly don't know and I'm just winging it (isn't that what it's called? O-o). Lol. Sorry, I'm weird. :S
Thank you so much for your comment on "Ana". I'm really happy that you don't hate the way I wrote it, I know it's kind of weird and different but it's the only way that I really made it work. I'll work on getting more happening, but anorexia is a very interior thing, a lot of thoughts and confusion and inside-your-head stuff. So yeah, I'll get more stuff to happen. Thank you for your feedback. I'll keep writing. :)
Thanks for commenting on 'A Villiage Legend'. I'm not at all offended by the Goosebumps comparison, although I didn't read many of them they sparked my interest in suspense writing.
I'm worried about losing the suspense if I continue this any further but I was considering making it a collection of short stories, either all one-shots in their own right or the same characters with different plots. As I haven't had any other feedback on this story yet I have others I am working on, but I would like to write more in this genre.
Thanks again for the feedback and I will try to put more thought into characterisation as well as my description.
Hello! I'm not sure if you're still interested but Fragile Things is finally returned and up to chapter seventeen now. I just thought I'd let any who had showed any interest previously know in case they wanted to continue reading it. :)
Thank you very much for your honest feedback. I don't think you could possibly understand how great it is to hear that you like my writing. I'll be sure to take your advice into consideration. =]
I lovelovelove folk music! To be fair, I love pretty much all music, it just depends on the artist and song you know? lol. But, to be genre favourable I do generally like folk music muy mucho. AND, bonus, looved the song suggestion muy mucho too! =]
I'm not sure if I can fit it into RBV (I'm tryin' hard to get that abbreviation to catch on lol!), but I've been kicking around some ideas in my head for an RBV prequel and that song fits perfectly for the story I have in my head lol. So, stay tuned! Either way, when I use it, you'll get the shout out! hehe <3.
Thanks for the story comment and song recommendation! Actually, I haven't heard any of The XX's music... I think I've heard of them before, just never listened to them. But I'm checking them out now (thanks youtube) and I definitely like 'em! I'll feature your song pick in an upcoming chapter in Robin, Boy Virgin's story! (I take care of my subscribers, you are mucho appreciated)
Here's an ice cream cone for ya! (with an extra scoop for turning me on to a good band =])
