I won't.
I'll use the basic idea of the html that all html codes require, but I'll do my best at making the layout.

No, I have absolutely no clue how to.
Most layout sites I go to the person pretty much says they won't take someone step by step on how to make their own.
So, I figured I might as well try to do it myself through trial and error.
