These things happen. Unfortunately, the only way to learn to cope with something is to do it. And even more unfortunately, when you spent so much time with one person, you can become a bit isolated, and you tend to only realise that when they leave. But whatever, that still doesn't mean you're alone. :)
my dad said he'd buy me this 'the wiccan/pagan book to read' even if it costs me 40$
he said it was like him telling me he wouldn't buy me a bible (if I was christian) for 40 bucks... I was like. yay daddy! but.. I'll think on it
I like other genres, too, and that's what people don't realize. They think all I listen to is punk. I was raised on Classic Rock (Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, ZZ Top etc) and still listen to that. I also listen to Frankie Valli which no one near my age knows. Lol. And I like come country >.>
I guess who could say I'm cultured with music.
I like more UK '77 bands and some US '80s bands like Sex Pistols, Adverts, Sham 69, Cockney Rejects, Crass, Social Distortion, Avengers, Adolescents, Adam Ant, etc. There's only a few '90s bands I like. Of course I'm finding new ones every day that aren't even together anymore like the Distillers which I've been listening to for a year or so now. And now that Rancid is coming out with a new album soon I've started listening to them more often lately. Especially since I just saw them.
yeah, I find it funny.. most people who went to catholic school need counseling or have counseling
I mean.. I had counseling for. about.. umm... 7 years off and on? (two years straight)
but.. that was over other things.. I think.. but still.. XD
I like the Casualties. They're the only band that sings that way - if you call it singing - that I'll listen to. Of course when I wear a Casualties shirt there's always people, mainly these two girls who call me a poser, saying they suck. :file: I've seen the shirts they wear and they shouldn't be talking. They're the type of people who'll buy their entire outfit at Hot Topic and call that punk.
I really don't think there's much of a scene here in my area. Last night I went to a Rancid concert so there were a lot of punks there, but they were from all around Chicagoland.
I think Christianity and Catholicism are the biggest hypocrites that I know of.
Of course, I only say that because I haven't studied all religions. But I went to Catholic school and was a Christian for 6 years, so that's my experience.
I love your new one! And I'm so glad you added JLYI. I used to follow your stories on quizilla. So, really, thank you for inspiring me!!
