Oh, I think I know what you mean. Instead of clicking the option on the list, scroll down the page and the 'stories' option should be on the right hand side near the bottom. Then just follow what I said before and hopefully it should work :]

Go to 'My Mibba', then click on 'Stories' under the stories tab. Then there should be all the titles of the stories you have there, hover over the correct one and it should turn black; click it, then there should be an option to add a new chapter, and you just click that :]
